what happened to you folks. i checked on a hand mixer at wal-mart. all reviews says that you are junk. my old mixer give up after 34 years. sorry and dont want to sound mean but what happened to you.

I am writing in regards to your brew maker coffee maker. This is my second one and believe me I have loved your coffee makers, but I have a real problem with it leaking. It has to do with the 0-ring inside the pot, it just seems to wear out or something. I am contemplating on maybe buying another brand, but my heart is still with yours. I wish you could solve this problem as your pots are the best, but I hate the mess it makes on my counters. It is not big leaks, but enough to make a mess.
