I found that, over time, oily deposits accumulated at the throat of the hopper, narrowing the entryway into grinder to the point that I was getting very weak coffee. After cleaning all deposit from this area, the beans were able to flow freely and the brew returned to its normal strength.

Loved my Grind & Brew! and then it stopped grinding. I read the manual and cleaned every crevice it allowed me to access. It mentioned a brush – didn’t get one with mine. I can grind beans elsewhere and brew coffee but can not grind in the pot. It sounds like its grinding but nothing comes through.
