This fellow and his daughter repair all sorts of machines and did a great job repairing mine (the steaming knob blew off and lost a part). I live in Portland OR anddropped it off when I was in WA. They mailed it back to me. For manuals, try the SAECO website and send email to customer support. I was able to download a manual from them. It didn't show up on the website, but they emailed it to me as an attachment.
