J. Newman. !! What a coincidence!!
A few days ago I came back from Lima, where I´m from, and got Cafe Femenino, cultivated, grown, marketed by women, and I did a light roast on a frying pan, bit of work though to get it "cinnamon roast" Worth it! I wll experiment a bit more since I´m considering opening a coffe roasting and cacao/chocolate serving small operation in NYC. Of course, all products will be organic from Peru which ha become th biggest organic coffee country producer in the world.
Have you tried coffee/cocoa w pisco!!
Delicioso in winter.
Adios Amigo.

Thorough and straightforward site. From the unworking tabs, I guess you're still new.

I've been a popcorn popper home-roaster for a few years. Been using Cafe Femenino (from Peru). I prefer a genuinely light roast - something almost impossible to find unless you do it yourself.

Keep up the good work.
