I bought a Mr Coffee 12 cup auto FTX 43-2 etc. etc. in Fairbanks, AK...it didn't even last a day. I took it back to where I purchased it and they exchanged it. The "new" one made ONE pot of coffee ONLY before it crapped the bed. Now I'm in Anchorage, AK sitting here wanting a morning cup of coffee and typing this complaint. I've always liked the product but that was when they were made somewhere other than China! This is the last Mr Coffee product I will ever buy!

Mr. Coffee machines are pure junk. I had one that lasted three months and the replacement lasted two weeks. The switches go bad.

I bought the 12 cup Mr. Coffee coffee maker and find it a piece of junk. The grinds end up on top of the lid and when you open the lid the dark liquid going into the water tank. The lid on the coffee pot has to be lifted with your thumb as you are pouring coffee or else it leaks. I used to have a Mr. Coffee Designs and that was a FAR BETTER coffee maker. The design on this is horrible and for a person who likes to drink coffee everyday. and likes a clean coffee maker be prepared to clean this one on a daily basis. HORRIBLE DESIGN..
