Below is a copy of the customer service reply to my quest to return a coffee maker through customer service. The problem centers on how long it took for the site to confirm the purchase. They considered 2 days before receiving confirmation and “appropriate time frame. If it took 2 days to receive a reply anywhere on the web, one would have assumed the purchase did not go through. When I sent them the proof they requested, they went back on what they said. You be the judge.
tried to stop the order before it was sent out,however,theman I spoke to could not pull it soon enough. I was told to refuseit withUPS.UPS won’t refuse it so I would like you to send me a shippinglabelfor return.
You would be responsible for shipping this back to us.The order shipped the day before you tried to cancel it.

The story is, when I ordered the coffeemaker I did not receive an e-mail to confirm until 1 1/2 days later. I believed the product order did not go through. I purchased another unit and then received a confirmation on the first order. I tried to cancel at that point. So, I believe because of the delay you should be responsible for the shipping. Please send a mailing label.
Can you send me the email confirmation in your email box showing when you received the order confirmation. My records in the order show the confirmation sent on the 15th of November and the machine shipped on the 18th.That would have been plenty of time to cancel. Please forward the confirmation email showing the date and time of the email and I will do a shipping label to you.

As you can see the confirmation did not come till the 17th at 2:22. I travel all over the country and don’t have time to chase down confirmations. If I don’t receive it I have to assume it did not go through. Thank you for you’re cooperation, I would like to order k-cups from your company in the future.
You placed the order on a Saturday and the confirmation got to you on Monday. That is the appropriate time frame. You called late Monday night and the machine had already shipped. That unfortunately is within the allowable time frame. Did you place another order with us for another machine? If that is the case, I will pay for return shipping.
