<description>I am writing in regards to your brew maker coffee maker. This is my second one and believe me I have loved your coffee makers, but I have a real problem with it leaking. It has to do with the 0-ring inside the pot, it just seems to wear out or something. I am contemplating on maybe buying another brand, but my heart is still with yours. I wish you could solve this problem as your pots are the best, but I hate the mess it makes on my counters. It is not big leaks, but enough to make a mess.

Sincerely,
