Hot Water Pots And Kettles

Hot Water Pots and Kettles – Braun Aquaexpress WK 200 Electronic Hot Water Kettle

A white plastic kettle with a form-fitting rubberized handle, automatic switch-off timer, see-through window and flip-up lid, this is one well-designed piece of coffee making material. It boils a cup of water in about 60 seconds, and not a lot longer for up to six more, and it includes a filter so you can be sure that you’re keeping all those tap water impurities out of your early morning latte.

So is it all bells and whistles for the Braun Aquaexpress WK 200? Well, yeah. Plenty of features, not a lot of downside. The machine does have a very short cord, which comes in handy if you’re keeping it in one spot in the kitchen (who needs a long power cable winding across your counter?), but not great if you’re a handyman taking the unit to a worksite for your mid-afternoon caffeine boost.

The unit does get hot, as you ‘d expect, but never so hot that you’re going to accidentally give yourself a third-degree burn on your elbow. The automatic cut-off when water is boiled, the lid is open, or there’s no water in the thing (hey, we all make those kinds of mistakes sometimes-) is handy, and best of all (if such things matter to you), it just looks great with any kitchen d?cor.

As far as hot water kettles go, we like this one a lot, and with its $40 price tag, it’s not the cheapest model on the market, but it’s close. We give the Braun AquaExpress WK 200 a whopping 4 BEANS out of five for doing all the simple things right.
