I’m buying one of these to use in the UK and will need to obtain an adapter/transformer I think. For this I need to know what the wattage, Hz and Voltage is of the Black & Decker DCM18S Brew ‘n Go Personal Coffeemaker. Can anyone tell me please?

According to the instructions, replacement parts can be obtained by calling 1-800-738-0245. Travel Mug (Part # 175707-00) and Stainless Steel (Part # 175890-00). Hope that helps!

This usually happens if you use hot water instead of cold water. You must use cold water for it to perculate.

The water doesn’t always drain and I only end up with 1/2 cup of coffee. What is the problem?

Where can I buy a replacement filter for the Black and Decker Brew N Go coffeemaker? I have an older model that has a blue plastic mug, if that makes a difference. Would appreciate any help and I’m not finding anything online, including at the Black and Decker website. Emailed them to no avail…
